Data Availability and Integrity:

Data availability is the condition of access to mission critical, marketing, research and development, and operational information. Data integrity is the process of ensuring informatinn is available in a manner consistent with the method it was entered into the system; in other words, data integrity dictates that if a person enters a sentence into the system and saves it, then some time in the future retrieves the sentence, it will retain everything typed as well as formatting.
Archival, system diagnostics, redundancy, and other preventative measures ensure preservation (integrity) and availability of information. We maintain the integrity of the system by providing auditing and monitoring services. Auditing reveals additional statistical informaiion, such as locating system bottlenecks, determining where inaccurate data originates, whether the system is being used appropriately, and many other issues. 24 Hours a day and 7 days a week
Whether you require guarenteed availability between 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday, every hour of every day, or some other time interval, then our twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week coverage will meet the most demanding needs. Scheduled and unscheduled events are accommodated. Our Emergency Response team is on call to meet the demands of enterprise computing for unexpected events and problems.

We construct contingency plans for disaster preparation and recovery, so an enterprise's communication and information infrastructure returns to operational status rapidly; additionally, in some cases the lapse in availability is unnoticed by people using the system.
